职责描述： 1. Works under the general supervision of China IT Infrastructure manager but must utilize the resources of multiple IT personnel throughout the organization an d local non-IT personnel to accomplish objectives. 2. Installs an d maintains PC mobile phone desk phone printer an d other hardware an d software. 3. Perform new PC setups per established guidelines an d company standards as well as troubleshoot an d fix PC hardwaresoftware problems. 4. Responsible for sending IT equipment to the proper service center for repair. Follows up the repair an d return of equipment from the service center. 5. Effectively works with employees at all organization levels an d computer literacy for IT technical support requirements. 6. Support local users working with external customerssuppliers related to use of extranet applications an d websites. 7. Maintains a working knowledge of networking user an d file security phones servers backups remote connectivity remote client support etc. 8. Have a basic knowledge of all plant business systems including but not limited to; ERPMRP system time attendance systems plant level database applications an d reporting applications. 9. Must be available for after-hours support as necessary in supporting critical business systems. May on occasion be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description.
