职责描述： 1. Coordinating a cross functional team based on the program orientation the team including AQEMEQEPD an d operation members;协调各个部门执行新项目投产（质量，工艺，研发和生产运营） 2. A duty to lead the launch team to execute the program tasks an d deliverables which including toolequipment tracking material following launch readiness review organizing run at rate an d production improvement in ramping up etc; 带领投产团队执行项目投产中的各项任务及文档，包含设备工装追踪，材料追踪，组织讨论投产准备，节拍生产，生产爬坡持续改善等。 3. Lead team to study an d solve problems during launch period improve the tool an d equipment;在投产过程中和团队一起解决问题，包括设备工装问题等。 4. Arrange the samples making an d delivery;组织样品生产发运 5. Follow up the program progress as per the program milestones make sure tooling an d equipment arrives in plant on time make sure samples making an d delivery obeys the plan;根据项目时间节点追踪项目进度，确保设备工装按时到位，确保样件生产发运准时。 6. Make plans to identifying the risks in advance use appropriate tools an d method to prevent risk from happening;制定计划提前识别风险，运用合适的工具方案避免风险。 7. Make escalation to the whole team an d the top management if necessary when risk happens which has influenced the program progress;对于影响项目进度的风险提前升级。 8. Help LMLE push the launch team to meet all Cooper an d customer quality targets to make sure the launch cost is within the budget.协助项目经理投产经理达成客户质量目标，确保投产费用在预算范围内。 9. Report to launch manager timely.定时汇报项目问题。 任职要求： 1. Undergraduate Ｏr above Degree in manufacturing Ｏr industrial engineering. 大学工科毕业。 2. Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing Ｏr process engineering in the production environment. 两年以上生产工艺经验。 3. Automotive experience is preferred. 汽车行业优先。
