职责描述： 负责调试工装和设备，尤其是铁管区模具调试。 熟悉图纸，机械专业，诚实可靠，能配合加班 ESSENTIAL DUTIES an d RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责： 1.Solve the process related problems of serial production programs 2.Support process engineer to Develops manufacturing methods equipment tools an d processes for programs. 3.Maintain an d Ｕpdate related WI PFMEA Flowchart for serial production programs. 4.Support to creating updating an d maintaining all manufacturing an d process engineering documents required for launches. 5.Creates the manufacturing bill of materials process flow diagrams process failure mode effective analysis （PFMEA） an d tooling authorization to proceed （）. 6.Applies Lean principles to new product launches including minimizing WIP ergonomic work stations visual management an d 5S. Utilizes the concepts of continuous improvement an d cost reduction in the execution of the job function. 7.Applies statistical methods to solve problems an d improve manufacturing processes. 8.Complies with policies an d procedures pertaining to facility Ｏr divisional adopted standards such as TS 16949 an d ISO 14001. 9. Complies an d shares best practice an d lessons learned initiatives. REQUIRED EDUCATION andor EXPERIENCE 学历经验要求： 1.College degree in mechanical design Ｏr relevant major. 2.Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing Ｏr process engineering in the production environment. Well-known automotive OEM supplier background preferred.
