To report the problems failures in time an d join discussion the improvement measures. To assist the execution of improvement measures so as to assure product quality increase production efficiency an d low the production cost. 及时反馈和反映挤出生产流程和工艺中出现的问题，参与改进方案的讨论，积极配合和协助方案的实施，确保产品质量，提高生产效率，降低生产成本。 4. Monitor the stock level of production consumables an d raw materials. 监管生产用消耗材料及原材料的库存情况。 5. Assist inventory taking an d participate the root cause analysis of difference. Responsible for execution of corrective measures. 配合每月材料库存盘点，根据盘点结果，参与分析差异原因的讨论，并落实整改措施。 6. Coordinate an d confirm the maintenance material delivery Quality an d production adjustment. 协调维修、原辅物料、Quality、过程调整。 7. Actively participates in an d drives the continuous improvement an d visual management. 积极参与持续改进和可视化管理。 8. Coach evaluate an d give feed-back subordination. 对下属进行专业的有效的指导、评估及反馈。 9. Assist HR department to solve staffing issue. 协助人力资源部处理员工关系问题。 10. Control overtime 严格控制员工的加班费用。 任职要求： 1. College Degree Ｏr higher major in Mechanical engineering. 机械相关专业毕业，大专以上学历。 2Experience in automotive industry Ｏr rubber Extrusion manufacturing industry 3-5 years. 具有3-5年汽车或橡胶挤出相关工作经验。 3. With strong responsibility an d positive working attitude. Be familiar with quality system an d TS16949 standard. 具有很强的责任心和积极进取的工作态度 熟悉质量控制系统和TS16949质量保证体系。 4. English Language is a plus. 良好的英语沟通技能 5IT tools: MS-Office desktops 熟悉微软办公系统和办公软件
