To prepare PMM meeting PPT for management team as basis of operation decision-making on improvement 7. TB review an d BS reconciliation followed by CSA policy considering SOX filing accordance 8. US GAAP an d PRC GAAP conversion BS PL report preparation according relevant laws an d regulations for domestic acＣounting 9. Handling tax issues an d prepare the twice times per year for tax package due to statutory an d US GAAP. 10. As the assistant to solve any issues as plant controller assigned. 任职要求： 1.
